SERVICE NOTES

VPNQC Service Principles

What should you look for in a subscription service for international access? VPNQC provides international routes and client setup options for remote work, research, AI tools and streaming, with clear steps for choosing routes, configuring clients and troubleshooting issues.

Service coverage for cross-border access

Which devices are supported? The service works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. International routes cover 120+ countries and 150+ routes. Available routes are shown in the user panel; access can also depend on the target platform’s account rules, regional policies and your local network.

OPERATIONS

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

How should you choose a route? Start with the service you want to access and how you plan to use it, then compare connection performance at the times you’ll be online. Geographic distance alone doesn’t determine speed. For meetings, prioritize consistency; for streaming, look for sustained throughput; for AI tools, check the target platform’s access requirements.

What should you do if your connection isn’t working? Check that your subscription is active and has data remaining, then refresh the subscription, switch routes and test again. If the issue persists, open a support ticket in the panel and include your operating system, client, when the issue occurred and any error message. Hide your subscription URL and account credentials.

PRIVACY

No-Logs and Data Minimization

What information is needed to create an account? No email address is required—just a username and password. VPNQC follows a no-logs privacy principle and does not record browsing activity. Information is collected only as needed to provide accounts, process payments and troubleshoot issues.

What do our privacy principles mean? Quantum encryption is part of the service’s security messaging, but an encrypted connection doesn’t replace privacy settings on the sites you visit or protection for your device. When submitting a support ticket, share only the information needed to investigate the issue. See the privacy policy for details.
